• The GGCoco bear™ — the bear character in a hoodie, in all its 2D, 3D, animated and embroidered forms (also protected by copyright)
• The GGCoco Studios signature logo™ — the script “GGCoco Studios” signature

The absence of a name or logo from this list does not mean we waive any rights in it.

2. What’s OK

• Referring to us by name in news, reviews, commentary, playlists and fan posts, as long as it’s accurate and doesn’t imply we sponsor or endorse you.
• Sharing links to our Site and official channels.
• Posting fan art for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit, unless we ask you to take it down.

3. What needs permission

• Selling or giving away merchandise, NFTs, digital items or anything else bearing our names, the bear or the signature logo.
• Using our marks in your own name, account handle, domain name, logo, ads, or in a way that could confuse people about who you are.
• Modifying the bear or our logos and presenting them as official.

Kick, Spotify, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Fourthwall, Printful and other names and logos mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify those services and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
