1. Ownership

Unless noted otherwise, all content on this Site — including all music and sound recordings, musical compositions and lyrics, album and single artwork, the GGCoco bear character and all its artwork, 2D and 3D renditions and animation, videos and stream clips, photographs, product designs, text, and the Site’s design and code — is © 2026 GGCoco Studios / GGCOCO INTERNATIONAL RECORDS (or its licensors). All rights reserved.

Releases by GGCOCO INTERNATIONAL RECORDS on streaming services are distributed under license. Any third-party material is used with permission or under license and remains the property of its owners.

2. Permitted use and permission requests

You may view and stream content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use, and share links to the Site and our official channels. Any other use — including downloading, sampling, remixing, syncing our music to video, using it in streams or ads, printing the bear on merchandise, or using our content to train AI systems — requires our prior written permission. For licensing, sync or press requests, email info@ggcocostudios.com.

3. Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to us at the email address in section 6 that includes substantially the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if several works are involved).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is on the Site (the exact URL), with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

On receiving a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material, and where applicable notify the person who provided it.

4. Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to us at the email address in section 6 that includes substantially the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the original complainant and restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days, unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

5. Misrepresentation and repeat infringers

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please consider fair use and get legal advice if you are unsure. Where applicable, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Where to send notices

Send DMCA notices and counter-notices by email to:

GGCoco Studios
Email: info@ggcocostudios.com
Subject line: “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice”

Notices about content on Kick, Spotify, TikTok or other platforms should be sent to that platform using its own copyright process.

7. If you see our work used without permission

If you find GGCoco music, artwork or the bear being used, sold or uploaded without permission, please let us know with a link. We appreciate fans who help protect independent work.
